Life lessons I learned this week.

1. It won't always happen but I need to try my very best to always be humble and kind. I think I do a pretty good job 70% of the time.

68%

2. Change can be a pain.

I am no stranger to change. When I was 18 I was up and out. I still don't know what to consider home yet. I'm not really searching for one either I guess. I kind of stick to where I'm financially stable and hope for the best.

"Things change. And friends leave. Life doesn't stop for anybody." - Perks of Being a Wallflower

In short....I had to make a switch to a new affiliate for personal and athlete-related reasons (I kind of left that out of the email) I'm still a little sad without my three babes there errr...four if you include Marcos...

3 LOL

3. A person or a group of people will either like me or they don't. (I apply that with my personal relationships with people too.)

4. The human connection is important to me.

5. “Be careful who you call your friends. I’d rather have four quarters than one hundred pennies.” ― Al Capone

Everyone communicates, few connect. Don't let the ones that connect go.
