Took some images of an afternoon Motion Collection class this week, and the intensity and energy in the room were high.
I normally take the morning class, so it was fun to see the afternoon crew get after the workout. I enjoy watching members work through the workout when things get challenging and seeing how they respond when the body gets tired and the mind starts telling them to slow down.
I can really only speak for myself, but maybe others feel the same way. These workouts have me creating a plan in my head before I attack and complete the exercises. It’s not just about getting through the workout. It’s about figuring out how you’re going to approach it, staying composed when things get uncomfortable, and continuing to push when your mind starts telling you to back off.
That’s one of the things I enjoy most about these workouts. They challenge more than just your body. They make you think, adapt, and learn how to keep moving forward when things get hard.
If you’re new to the area or looking for a new space to lift, Motion Collective has you covered.
